In 2014, the website pizza.dominos.be, which belongs to Dominos France and Belgium, suffered a data breach, exposing the personal information of over 648,000 customers. The leaked data includes the real names, email addresses, usernames, and passwords of affected individuals.

The compromised data was first reported by the security research firm, Victorjane, which claimed to have obtained the leaked records through an anonymous source. Following the breach, Dominos issued a statement confirming the incident and assured customers that only non-sensitive data was affected.

During the investigation, it was determined that the breach occurred due to an unsecured server containing customer data being left online without proper password protection. The leaked data was stored in a text file, making it easily accessible to unauthorized individuals.
